Made by Lionel between 1927 and 1939 in different color variations - this example is the first version which dates to 1927, whic features a mojave base, pea green tower, cream upper base, orange walls, red rood, red doors, white windows, lithographed brick chimney, brass ladders, brass number plate on base, and no switches on the back.
