The D51 steam locomotive is a popular Japanese steam locomotive that has been used for the end of the steam locomotive era, as well as the D51 "Degoichi" in Hokkaido extreme cold region specifications, and has become the largest number of 1115 cars in Japan since the introduction of 10 (1935). Due to modifications made according to the region and the line area, there are many variations found and unique equipment that can be called extreme cold regions in Hokkaido. Equipped with a device called "Geethru Ejector", the D51 features a flat inverted chimney that can reduce the amount of coal consumption by about 10%, but it was already completed by the steam machine and remains in 36 modifications of the Hokkaido region.
