Lionel O Gauge 773 Hudson Passenger Set with Loco, Tender, 2625, 2627, 2628 1950

  

Lionel O gauge 773 black Hudson loco, 2426W tender, 2625 Irvington Pullman, 2627 Madison Pullman, and 2628 Manhattan Pullman. In Excellent Plus to Like New (C7+ to C8) condition and all original. Loco has been serviced and runs perfectly. Loco has 773 rubber-stamped in silver underneath the cab window. In 1950, the 773 came with the 2426W tender with Lionel Lines lettering.

The whistle is plastic (see photo). The 2426W is known as the finest Lionel tender of the postwar era. The three Pullman cars are dated to 1950 because they have passenger silhouettes printed on the windows, taped couplers, and the correct shiny bases for 1950 (see photos). Great looking piece for the operator or collector!
