Hornby R3738, OO Gauge, Flying Scotsman USA Tour Special Limited Edition In a beautiful presentation box , this is the Ian Pegler fiftieth anniversary Limited Edition Flying Scotsman USA Tour release. With LNER Gresley A3 Class 4-6-2 Locomotive and tender number 4472'Flying Scotsman' in LNER lined apple green with LNER to one tender and 4472 to the second tender. Model comes with two 8 wheel tenders as per the original USA tour, The running gear, tyres, handrails and additional separate metal detail is produced with an 18-carat gold plated finish, and a two piece wooden plinth with 18-caret gold plated rails supplied for display purposes, also present is a plaque to be attached to the plinths, a limited edition certificate number 298 of 1000 made.
