HERES a lionel layout- measures 12'x8' (2-4x8 sheets) This is a L shape layout- 2x4 frame, 1/4 lauan base with Homosote top. This is all bolted together with 2x4 legs, the layout can be broke down easily- also has control panel area- also bolted into place. The layout sale is for the table(layout) and track only- NO TRAINS OR ACCESSORIES/TRANSFORMERS are included. Just track - switches, operating tracks, road bed and the actual table- This layout is capable of 3 train operation independant of each other.

There are 5 o gauge remote switches and several UCS. AND LIKE MOST OF MY AUCTIONS NO RESERVE. I will make no attempt to grade this item. My description is as forthright as I can make based on my examination.
