2 Williams Amtrak Diesel Locomotives O Gauge

  

2 Williams amtrak engines both are powered. One runs good the other struggles to run.

Seems like it tries to run but doesn't? Might be an easy fix?

Or use it for parts. Both the bodies are in good condition.
