Description for my item number 1066. Roberts Lines Gauge One Zephyr The CB&Q Pioneer in G Gauge 1:32 Scale.

Bob Thon of Roberts Line had 100 of these built in 1989. I never used the train. I was accumulating a set of Zephyr trains in all gauges available. The only time I took this train out of its box was to photograph. Train is geared to run at scale speed of 80 mph. Designed to run on 8 diameter curves but 15 foot or greater is recommended. Production was limited to 100 units and includes a poster from the original movie Silver Streak. I do remember one very small dent somewhere. About the size of a pencil lead. Also, some of the plastic windows have fallen inside and need to be reattached. I cannot test run the train as I do not have a G scale layout available. If you are looking for a train like this I think this could be the one you are looking for. I have done my best to carefully describe the items.
