LIONEL O GAUGE THE POLAR EXPRESS TRAIN SET ENGINE TENDER CAR COACHES. This is a Lionel Polar Express Christmas Set. Features include transformer controlled forward, neutral and reverse operation, air whistle in engine, a powerful maintenance-free motor, 2 traction tires and a die-cast metal locomotive body and frame.
Passenger cars feature interior lighting and silhouettes in windows. Also included complete set of FasTrack with 8 curved sections, 3 straight sections, and 1 power terminal section. In excellent overall condition and fully functional with some few exceptions. Whistle works, couldn't get bell to work. Train and carriages run well on track at all speeds and in both directions. This is an older model of the train set and a better quality than those available today in my humble opinion. Engine appears to be missing a tiny bracket for top rail.
