This item has been graded per TCA standards C-3: Poor. When tested this item will run, however due the broken pilot, front wheels, gears, and steam chest this item is being graded AS-IS. There are several loose/broken trim parts. This item was custom painted and weathered, and the paint has started to chip and flake off. This item is dirty and would benefit from a gentle and thorough cleaning.
