A unique and rare offering of the Lionel PO 50 Set consisting of 9U Locomotive with 428, 429 and 430 passenger cars - all with correct individual boxes (showing color designation), and set box marked PO50. Included is an instruction sheet, an 81 Rheostat (missing flaps on box on one end), a number 28 bulb box and original box for track clips (some flaps loose). Locomotive has 9U plate on one side and hand reverse plate on other. Original headlights, wheels and flag stanchions. It is the correct 9U with the weights in the frame for this set. White inserts are in perfect condition - only a few minor pinhead nicks on hand reverse side. One coupler is missing the latch - we have decided to leave it but we can change it if purchaser would like. 428 Car - nice crisp, original stamping - all celluloid window material in nice condition. 429 Baggage - does have two small paint chips on roof (see photos).
