This is actually a factory original dummy engine, but the factory mislabeled the box. The incorrect labeling is crossed out in sharpie on one side. There are knicks and marks all over the body. It is safe to use in command or conventional (variable or fixed voltage) environments. Wheels show wear from previous use. Please look at the pictures to see exactly what you will receive.
