Vintage Rare Wakeling Inspection Car & Trailer Standard Gauge

This rare, standard gauge Wakeling Inspection Car & Trailer are in good condition. I could not get it to run. Maybe lubrication and some work will get it to run properly again? In the meantime, it would make a great shelf queen. It is 3-rail electric, all metal with diecast leather-look seats and Model Engineering Works wheels.
