When tested this unit ran, however the lights did not work. One of the headlight bulbs is broken. All four flags are missing. Lionel 402 Vintage Standard Gauge 0-4-4-0 Electric Locomotive. This electric locomotive was one of Lionel's top of the line Standard Gauge engines in the 1920s. This locomotive features dual motors, a reverse unit, a metal frame, brass trim, operating dual lights, two combination couplers and metal wheels. It measures 18 inches long. Additionally, the black paint on the metal underframe has begun to flake and peel. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
